The latest confirmed closure affects Cardzone in Witham, Essex, where the retailer has launched a final clearance sale ahead of the store closing at the end of September. The Sheffield city-centre branch at The Moor is also scheduled to close on 5 September 2026.

The closures do not mean Cardzone is shutting down across the UK. Cardzone Limited remains an active company, while the retailer continues to operate stores under Cardzone and several other brands.

The following Cardzone locations have been reported as closed or scheduled to close during 2026.

A Card Centre branch in Newport, South Wales, which is part of Cardzone’s wider retail group but does not trade under the Cardzone name, has also closed during 2026.

The distinction matters because Cardzone operates a portfolio of different retail brands. A closure involving Card Centre, Hallmark or another group brand should not automatically be described as a Cardzone-branded shop closure.
